What is an electric vehicle (EV) feasibility survey?
Whether you’re considering the transition to an electric vehicle (EV), or even electrifying your whole fleet, installing electric charging points means there is a lot to consider.
Assessing the realistic nature of what might be involved in converting, or upgrading, your current infrastructure means that an effective, safe, and experienced investigative survey will save time and money in the long run.
An expert feasibility survey from RSM is a site visit from a qualified and accredited electrical engineer who will investigate your current systems and infrastructure to create a report that will give you the granular detail necessary to install electric vehicle (EV) charging points.
Whilst we’re on site, we will need little assistance other than access to certain areas or current infrastructure. But don’t worry – we do all the hard work and cause as little disruption as possible.
At RSM, we believe in a sustainable, renewable and safe future; so, having an expert and transparent assessment of your site, before spending time and money on equipment that may not be suitable, or sustainable, is what we believe to be the best approach. Transitioning from liquid hydrocarbons and embracing the move to electrification is both important for the environment and our culture as we move towards a more climate-conscious society.
